What Is Sound Healing?

Sound has been used for centuries as a tool for ceremony, meditation, prayer, restoration, and human connection long before the term “sound healing” became widely known.

Sound is vibration. The body itself is highly responsive to vibration and rhythm, especially considering that the human body is composed primarily of water. Sound waves travel through both air and the body itself, allowing sound to be not only heard, but physically experienced.
